Had a fine stay for business trip, everything was really good. The location close to the tram stop was great and easy for us. It was close to Restaurant Tizziani, where you can have lunch.

Overall the place is clean and little, it met the demands. The location is marvellous, and the area is very quiet walk from bars and restaurants. Love eating outside and there's Taj Palace, set a minute walk from the hotel.

Came in Zurich to relax and have fun, this known hotel was superb base for doing it. The most important was the staff - amicable and superfriendly people. Minute walk from a train station, the location was favourable. Btw, went to city center, located at a medium distance from the venue. Everything was simply very good.

The check in was easy, the staff was genuinely helpful and absolutely courteous. Appreciated the twin room with exceptional features and the way it was setup. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided.
Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.
